What is the meaning of Taza Ayurveda?

Taza Ayurveda is a combination of two Indian words: Taza, meaning ”fresh,” in Hindi and Ayurveda, meaning “knowledge of life.” in Sanskrit. While Ayurveda is the ancient science the brand brings to the world, Taza symbolizes the bold freshness one feels when living an Ayurvedic life.

Are your products certified by the USFDA?

Taza Ayurveda is registered with and adheres to all standards set forth by the USFDA. Our supplier facilities in India also comply with ISO 9001 and GMP certification.

What kind of tests are performed on your products?

We perform a range of tests to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products and ingredients. Along with product-specific tests, we screen for heavy metals, common pesticides, and microbes.

Do you (or a third party) test your ingredients or finished products on animals at any point?

No, we believe in avoiding unnecessary harm and violence to animals.

How should I store my products?

Products should be stored in a convenient location at room temperature. Avoid direct exposure to light.

Are your products gluten free?

We strive to create entirely gluten-free products. However, those with gluten sensitivities should be aware that our manufacturing facility does carry and process raw materials containing gluten.

Are your products vegan?

Yes. We are vegan and PETA approved.

Are your products organic?

We strive to source 100% pure and natural raw materials directly from Mother Nature. That means that, while we use environmentally friendly, sustainable harvesting practices, our products are not yet USDA certified organic. To avoid deforestation, most of the herbs featured in Taza products are harvested by Indian tribals living in forest areas, where these herbs have been naturally grown and harvested for hundreds of years. The government of India has restricted access to these areas to specific tribal groups and associations to provide livelihood to these marginalized groups.

Do your products contain preservatives?

Our products come straight from nature, are preservative free, and contain 100% active ingredients. Their meticulous formulations follow 5,000-year-old recipes that naturally exclude chemicals, preservatives and potentially harmful additives, while organically allowing for an extended shelf life. 

Are your products safe during pregnancy and breast feeding?

Our all-natural formulas are safe to use during pregnancy and breast feeding; however, we always advise checking with your physician prior to use.

Can I use your products if I’m on birth control or other medications?

Our all-natural formulas are safe to use with most medications; however, we always advise checking with your physician prior to use.

How long will it take to see results?

Everybody in unique, and the benefits you experience will vary based on what’s going on with your body.

We generally find that within two weeks, you can expect to see a noticeable difference.

Longer term benefits such as improved overall mental and physical well-being are usually experienced within eight to twelve weeks.

How long do Taza supplements last?

Each bottle is intended to last for one month.

We currently offer international shipping to Canada as well as select countries in Europe and Asia (see full list at checkout). If shipping is not currently available to your location, please sign up for our mailing list and we’ll notify you with updates.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders in the U.S. and Puerto Rico over $50. For international orders, we offer free shipping on orders over $100. For international orders under $100, shipping is a flat fee of $25.  We do not currently cover any local duties. 

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Free standard shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending upon product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free-shipping option, and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Taza is committed to helping you reconnect with your authentic self and bring the beauty within you to the world. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges for up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
