Recipe:

1 cup whole milk plant based milk

2-4 Saffron Threads

2-4 Cardamom pods

½ teaspoon Turmeric powder

Pinch of Nutmeg powder

1 pre-soaked dates or date syrup for some sweetness

Preparation:

Bring milk to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add in saffron, turmeric, nutmeg, dates and cardamom and stir. Reduce heat to low, and continue to cook until warmed through, 5–10 minutes (the longer you go, the more concentrated the drink is). Turn the gas off and If your using date syrup instead of soaked dates you can stir it in now. Drink warm, and follow with few minutes of silence and your Kumkumadi Nighttime Facial oil routine.
